Chicken Lagan With Bread recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 2 -3 chicken fillets cubed
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• ½ teaspoon garlic paste
• 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Little whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• +- 1 tablespoon ground green chilli
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• ½ teaspoon white chilli paste (optional)
• 1 can creamstyle corn
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mix
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric (optional)
• ¼ cup oil
• ½ cup soji (semolina)
• +-½ cup Chana flour(optional)
• +- ½ cup normal flour (optional)
• 3 teaspoon baking powder
• Chopped green dhana
• Sprinkle with mustard seeds and sesame
