Homemade ice cream sandwich on a cookie

Ingredients

• For the cookie:
• 200 g dark chocolate chips
• 1 3/4 cup flour for all uses
• 1 κ.γ baking powder
• 200 g unsalted butter at room temperature
• 200 g sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp salt
• For the ice cream:
• 5 large ripe bananas
• 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 kg strained yogurt 2%
