Ingredients

• 450 g (1 lb) pie crust dough
• 1 egg yolk, beaten with a little water
• For the filing :
• 1 can of 284 ml Haiku Shiitake Mushrooms
• 80 ml (1/3 cup) butter 2 carrots, diced
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
• 500 ml (2 cups) chicken broth
• 500 ml (2 cups) cooked turkey, cut into cubes
• 250 ml (1 cup) green peas
• Pepper to taste
