• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
• 2/3 cup buttermilk
