Eggnog Brioche French Toast Recipe - Akron Ohio Moms

Ingredients

• 8 slices St Pierre Brioche Loaf ((I buy mine at Acme Fresh Market))
• 2 small Oranges
• 1 oz butter
• .5 tsp ground ginger
• 1 oz light brown sugar
• 3 large Eggland's Best Eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract ((not use imitation - just google it))
• 2 Tbsp Eggnog
• .5 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 Tbsp butter (for frying)
