Cooking tools:

  • Air fryer
  • Saucepan
  • Stove
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoon
  • Wooden spoon
  • Chef's knife
  • Cutting board
  • Microplane

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar (I use allulose, but coconut sugar will help thicken the sauce better)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional, for an extra depth of flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon water (to thin the sauce, if needed)
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Thinly sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • A handful of Radish microgreens (about 1 cup)
  • 1 tsp of white vinegar
  • 1 tsp of water
  • 1/2 tsp of allulose/coconut sugar/maple syrup/honey (any sweetener - I prefer allulose)
  • a pinch of salt
