Ingredients

• 1 medium sized onion
• 1 clove of garlic minced or diced
• 2 tablespoon flour
• 5-6 large mushrooms sliced
• 1 can of french onion soup (I use Shari Anns)
• 1 cup up tofu sour cream (optional) it tastes fine without!
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (I believe there are a few recipes on this site)
• 1 teaspoon veggie soup stock
• garlic salt to taste
