Ingredients

• Béchamel Sauce
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk (heated)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup onion (minced)
• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 medium tomatoes (peel, seeded and chopped)
• 3 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• 3 cups fresh mushrooms (sliced)
• 12 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups béchamel sauce
• 1 1/2 lbs ham (cut into thin strips)
• 2/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
