Ingredients

• 1 Medium Qbag Cooking Bag
• 250 g quality steak, sliced into pieces (approximately 5mm x 15mm)
• 1 carrot
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• Salt and freshly-ground pepper
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 celery stick
• 3 chestnut mushrooms, sliced
• 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup red wine
• 1 beef stock cube, mixed with half cup warm water
