• 1/4 cup (30g) Sunbeam Walnuts + 1/2 cup (60g) to garnish
• 1/4 cup (40g) Sunbeam Raisins
• 1 cup Grated Carrot
• 120g Butter
• 120g Cream Cheese
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 250g Pure Icing Sugar
