• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1/3 cup vegan butter, softened
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• For the glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tbsp strawberry puree (from about 1/4 cup fresh strawberries)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-2 tbsp plant milk, as needed for consistency
