Doughnut Bites - EasiYo EU
Inspired by Bulgarian doughnuts, these flat doughnuts are a cross between a pancake and a doughnut. They are delicious served with yogurt and jam, and sprinkled with icing sugar.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup EasiYo Vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cup flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying (canola or sunflower)
- Icing sugar to dust (optional)
