Ingredients

• 1 (12 oz) pkg Aidells® artichoke & garlic sausage, chopped
• 1 (10 oz) pkg canned or frozen artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
• 1/2 cup fontina cheese, grated
• 1 deep dish pie shell
• 4 Urban Meadow® eggs
• 1 cup light cream
• 1/2 tsp Urban Meadow® salt
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
