Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 160 g sugar
• pinch of salt
• shot of rum
• 140 g flour
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 200 g butter, soft
• 180 g icing sugar
• 1 shot rum
• more rum
• around 200 g flaked almonds, toasted to your desired colour
