Southern Buttermilk Biscuits
My Grandmother taught me how to make biscuits way before I was even a teenager. This is the only recipe I have ever used and they are always a hit.
Ingredients
- 3 c self rising flour
- 1/2 c lard
- pinch sugar
- 3/4 c buttermilk, possibly more
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
