Stir-fried octopus on angel hair pasta

Ingredients

• 500 g octopus (baby)
• 40 g soy sauce
• 100 g unsalted butter
• 400 g angel hair pasta
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon hot chilli oil
• 1 bunch shallots, thinly sliced
• 1 red capsicum, finely diced
• 1 yellow capsicum, finely diced
• 100 g morels or mixed mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
• 100 g shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
• 4 leaves fresh basil
