Ingredients

• 1 lb ground mutton
• 50 gr fat (from lamb tail) finely chopped
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper
• ½ tsp cumin
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt to taste
• 1 lb lamb or beef
• Red/yellow/green pepper, cut into chunks
• 2-3 medium onions, cut into quarters (any other kind of vegetables you fancy)
