Strawberry Ricotta Tart - FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank

Ingredients

• ½ cup sugar
• 1/2 cup 1 stick chilled unsalted butter
• 2 1/2 teaspoons grated orange
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 16-ounce container Whole Milk Ricotta cheese
• 3 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup honey
• Strawberries (sliced)
• Apricot jam- thinned down with a little water and heated to produce a glaze
