Creamy Chicken & Chorizo Orzo - The Good Bite
This Creamy Chicken & Chorizo Orzo is absolutely delicious, but the best part about it is that it’s a one pan recipe and takes no time at all to make!
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 medium chicken breast.
- 60g of chorizo - diced.
- 3 cloves of garlic - thinly sliced.
- 1 shallot - thinly sliced.
- A pinch of chilli flakes.
- 150g of orzo.
- 300ml of boiling chicken stock.
- 250ml of semi skimmed milk.
- A handful of fresh parsley - finely chopped.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Grated parmesan, to serve.
