• 2 tablespoons Italian Dried herbs
• 1 medium onion, diced

• 1 (16 ounce) can plum tomatoes
• 6 cups beef broth
• 1 cup dried lentils, sorted and cleaned
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
