Mama's Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 pound Sweet Italian sausage
• 1 pound hot Italian sausage
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• ¼ cup parsley
• ¾ cup dry white wine
• 5 cups Italian plum tomatoes
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 package rigatoni
• 2 cups Beans
• 1½ cups chopped bitter greens
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
