• 1 tin corned beef, cut into chunks
• 1 large onion, finely sliced
• 1 jar red cabbage
• 1 beef stock cube
• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 1 egg, lightly beaten for glazing
• Salt & Pepper
• 2 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped into chunks
• 2tbsp ground cinnamon
