- 150g self-raising flour
- 3 large free-range eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- 15g white sugarpaste (see tips)
- 100-120g white mini marshmallows
- For the buttercream frosting
- 50g butter, softened
- 100g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
- Few drops vanilla extract
