• 1 6 ounce white wave soy
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 2 tb Poppy seeds, (generous
• 1 ts Lemon extract
• Yogurt
• 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
• Heap)
• 1 Rind of 1 lemon
