Cheesy Chicken Bagels recipe by Dash _of_ Delish (aisha)

Ingredients

• 4 cups flour
• 1 packet yeast
• 2 tablespoon yoghurt
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 cup luke warm water
• 250g chicken fillet washed and cubed
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon red chillie powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• Lemon juice
• Few leaves coriander finely chopped
• Add the spices and mayonnaise to the chicken and cook till done. When cool. Shred chicken, add the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
• 1 cup grated cheese
• Assemble:
• Add the filling first than add grated cheese, cover with other half of the bagel , brush with egg and garnish with sesame seeds . Grill on 180 for 10 minutes serve hot.
