• 2/3 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup half-and-half or 1/2 cup light cream
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/4 cup dry white wine, apple juice or 1/4 cup white grape juice
• 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

• 3 cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed
