Saucy Chicken recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1 & ½ chicken cut & washed. Drain and set aside.
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 3 tablespoons Nando's bushveld peri peri sauce
• Add chicken. Mix well. Cook on low heat till well done.
• ½ cup fresh cream
• 2 tablespoons mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoons creamy mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons grounded coriander leaves
