Rosemary and apple bread
In this Nici Wickes recipe, a basic bread dough has grated apple and rosemary folded into it to produce a fantastically fragrant and tasty loaf. Serve sliced and buttered for the ultimate treat

- 250 millilitre hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey (or sugar)
- 2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 450 gram flour (about 3 cups) –Nici used high grade and/or 00 flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
- 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
- extra flour, for kneading
