Chicken And Chip Pie / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 ½ ts baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 80g butter soften
• ½ to ¾ cup milk / fresh cream / half water and half milk ( add half only first )
• ½ kilo chicken fillet ( approx 3 pieces fillet ) small cubes
• 1 teaspoon red chili paste
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• ¼ squeezed lemon
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera powder
• pinch haldi
• 1 tablespoon bbq spice
• 1 teaspoon orange pepper spice / add 1 teaspoon Mochachos spice
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon prego sauce / peri sauce
• 1 onion finely chopped ( OPTIONAL )
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 full tablespoon flour
• milk as needed
• add 3 to 4 tablespoon prego or mochachos sauce to this
• 3 potatoes cut round slices ( fry it ) / steam in water and add little oil and fry it
• add salt , vineger and chili powder . set aside
