- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 8oz Self Raising flour (sifted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp bicarbonate soda
- Pinch salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
- ½ cup walnut pieces
