- 1 2-3 pound pumpkin (or use ½ an average pumpkin)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (use chili oil for an extra spicy kick)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 2 -3 tablespoons hot honey
- For Garnish. Chili flakes (fresh chopped parsley)
