• 1/4 cup warm water (100 to 110F)
• 1 cup potato-cooking water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
• 4 4-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 6 tbsp butter, softened
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
