Ingredients
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread torn or cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 package of sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used a Horseradish Cheddar)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup chicken broth
