• 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/3 inch thick

• 3 tablespoons whipping cream
• 2 8-oz. packages Philadelphia cream cheese
• 1 cup brown sugar
• dash vanilla
• 16 oz. tub sour cream
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 6 tablespoons butter
