Stovetop Stuffing – Creative Maniac

Ingredients

• 1 bag of pre-made stuffing mix (i used a mix of pepperidge farm herbed stuffing and cornbread stuffing)
• 4 tbsps unsalted butter
• 1 cup celery diced
• 1 carrots diced
• 1/2 onion diced
• 1 apple diced (I used honey crisp but you can use any kind of apple)
• 1 cup broth (I used vegetable but you can use chicken if you’d like)
• 1 tsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley, chives, green onions)
