Chicken Mince Pasta recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• and 3 tablespoon oil
• Add 1 teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
• 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
• Oregano and little chopped green dhania (coriander)
• 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 grated Tomatoes
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• Pinch of sugar
• little crushed garlic
• 2 tablespoon Tomato puree
• 1 teaspoon butter
• Add Handful of cheese to the sauce
• Pasta top with half of cooked mince
• Half of the Tomato gravy
• a bit more pasta (keep little aside for topping at the end)
• Tomato gravy
• And sprinkle little oregano
