Recreating the Viral Olive Oil Cake - Student Recipes

• Zest of 2 citruses of choice and 1 teaspoon lemon zest (separate for glaze)
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup powdered sugar
