• 1/2 cup 118ml Elbow macaroni - (2 oz)
• 1 teaspoon 5ml Olive oil
• 1 teaspoon 5ml Carrot - (abt 1/2 cup sliced) (large)
• 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - (1 cup chopped) (large)
• 2 teaspoons 10ml Bottled minced garlic
• 1 Beef broth - (14 1/2 oz) - fat removed
• 1 Fat-free chicken broth - (14 1/2 oz)
• 1 Stewed tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5ml Herbes de Provence seasoning blend
• 1/2 teaspoon 2.5ml Sugar
• 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Frozen green beans
• 1 Great Northern beans - (15 oz) - drained
• Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
• 1/4 cup 59ml Spinach Parsley Pesto - (see recipe)
