• 1 onion
• 2 tbsp curry paste
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chilli
• 1 tsp white sugar
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp fresh ginger
• 400 g can tomato paste
