Ingredients

• 8 oz fresh cheese tortellini
• 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak , trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 tbsp olive oil , divided
• 3 cloves garlic , minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup beef broth
• 1/2 tsp paprika , for added depth
• Salt and pepper , to taste
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley , finely chopped, for garnish
