- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
- 2 tsp herbs parisienne
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 200g fresh mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice
- Cornmeal
