Lobster soup recipe

Ingredients

• 1 Kg udang galah
• 3 litre wate
• 2 nos onion
• 3 nos garlic
• 100 gm leeks
• 3 tablespoons chilli paste
• 1 nos cinnamon stick
• 3 nos bay leave
• 1 teaspoon black pepper corn
• 2 tablespoons asam jawa (tamarind paste)
• 1 handfull dried mushroom
• Corn oil for frying
• Salt and pepper
