• 1 1/2 cup of clam juice
• 5 pounds of clam
• 3 cups of water
• 4 slices of bacon
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 1 onion
• 2 celery stick
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1/4 cup of heavy cream
• 4 cups of cubed potato
• 1 teaspoon of oregano
• 1 large bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon of salt
