Ingredients

• 500 g of chicken fillet
• 160 g of Makfa pearl barley in packets (2 packets)
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 chili pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic
• A 3 cm piece of ginger
• 2 stalks of green onion
• 40 g of peeled peanuts
• 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
• salt
• 2 tbsp of soy sauce
• 1 tsp of starch
• 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp of brown sugar
• 1 tbsp of sesame oil
• 30 ml of balsamic vinegar
