Ingredients

• 2 cups frozen cherries (pitted)
• 4 eggs, separated
• 1 ¾ cups white sugar
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• Juice and rind of 2 lemons
• 2 ½ cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
