Ingredients
- 510 g of water
- 180g lemon juice (can be increased to 250g, but then reduce the water by the same amount)
- 85 gr Sorbet-Perfecto
- 200 g sugar
- 20 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 5 g cremosaPerfecto
- 2 teaspoons rapeseed oil
- Zest of an organic lemon
- Optional approx. 50 drops of lemon essence ice paste
