• 1 corn on the cob (kernels)
• 400ml / 13 ½ fl. oz passata
• ½ sachet Gran Luchito Cantina Beans
• 8 x Soft Taco Wraps
• 150g / 5 oz English cheddar, grated
• 1 ripe avocado
• ¼ red onion, finely diced
