Ingredients

• 1/3 cup warm water (105-110 degrees)
• 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 packet active dry yeast
• 1 cup warm water
• 3 Tbsp. buckwheat honey, room temperature
• 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 and 1/4 cup light buckwheat flour
• 1 and 1/2 tsp. salt
• 6 Tbsp. margarine (softened)
