• 2 Tablespoons Butter
• 1 Large Onion
• Pinch of Sugar - Optional
• Salt and Pepper
• 1 Pound Whole Wheat Pasta
• 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
• 1-2 Cloves garlic
• 1 Pound Italian Sausage Sweet or Hot, Your Choice
• Basil, Oregano, Thyme if fresh, enough to make 3 tablespoons, if dry, one tablespoon of each
• 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
