Nitro Strawberries and Cream – NitroPress

Ingredients

• 500ml chilled strawberry fruit tea (from 15–20g loose tea)
• 20ml vanilla syrup
• 1 N₂ capsule (NitroPress)
• Freeze-dried strawberry powder (for garnish)
• Infuse 15–20g of strawberry fruit tea (like Eton Mess ) in 1L cold water for ~10 minutes.
• Strain and chill the tea.
• Add 500ml of the chilled tea + 20ml vanilla syrup directly to the NitroPress.
• Charge with a N₂ capsule , shake well.
• Dispense into a tall chilled glass — let the nitro head bloom.
• Optional: freeze-dried strawberry powder on the foam for a pink dusting effect.
